Entrance to the Antica Biblioteca Guarneriana

Friday 7 August, as it does every Friday afternoon, the Guarneriana Library, the oldest public library in Friuli Venezia Giulia and one of the oldest in Italy, will open its doors.

In the central square of San Daniele del Friuli, on the right-hand side of the Cathedral, is located the building, formerly the Palazzo Comunale, which houses it.
