Giro d'Italia 2026 - Art Hotel Udine

Saturday 30 May the Giro will return to FVG with the 20th and penultimate stage, one of the toughest and most decisive stages of the Giro d’Italia. The departure from Gemona in Friuli, on the 50th anniversary of the earthquake, takes on a strong symbolic value of remembrance and rebirth. The route passes through historic villages and picturesque landscapes, culminating in the grand finale on Piancavallo: a legendary double climb, the scene of Marco Pantani’s exploits, which could decide the winner of the Giro. A stop that combines history, the local area and great cycling.
