I am Frida Kahlo

In Udine on Saturday 29 August in the courtyard of Palazzo Morpurgo, at 10 Via Savorgnana, a performance dedicated to Frida Kahlo, a figure of the Mexican Revolution.

The show traces the life of the Mexican painter, her artistic and political journey, her struggles, and her encounters with artists and intellectuals of the 20th century – from Tina Modotti to Trotsky, from Bretton to Picasso and the circle of Mexican muralists, right through to her turbulent and passionate relationship with Diego Rivera.
