Train historic Folkest

Historic train from Trieste to Gemona del Friuli, bound for San Daniele del Friulias part of the Folkest, an international folk music festival, offering a journey through the music and cultures of the world with live concerts by Italian and international artists, a festive atmosphere and cultural events.

The tour takes passengers through the streets of the historic centre, past the “Cathedral of St Michael the Archangel” and the “Church of St Anthony the Abbot”, famous for its frescoes by Martino da Udine, better known as Pellegrino da S. Daniele.

The prestigious Guarneriana Library is exceptionally open for the occasion.
